Naltrexone program: initial payment refunded only if you cancel 24 hours before the scheduled or messaging appointment; no refund on the prescription subscription once the prescription is written and sent to pharmacy, or once medication is ordered/dispensed. Subscriptions can be cancelled only before a cycle begins and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified; discretionary refunds after a claim to hello@chooseyourhorizon.com. Refunds issued in 7-10 business days.5
Safety checks before prescribing
CYH says eligibility review covers your medical history, current medications and overall health to make sure naltrexone is safe.
